Where regulated immigration advice or overseas recruitment is required, it will be provided only by an appropriately authorised person or organisation.

No Guarantee

Visa and work-permit decisions are made only by the relevant government authorities. Hiring decisions are made by employers.

We do not guarantee:

• Visa or work-permit approval;
• A job, interview or employer sponsorship;
• A particular salary or location; or
• Any fixed government processing time.

Information such as testimonials and success statistics represents previous results and does not guarantee future outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Submit genuine documents;
• Disclose previous visa refusals or relevant immigration history;

• Meet required deadlines; and

Fees and Refunds

Government and third-party fees are not refundable by us once paid. A visa refusal, delay or unsuccessful job application does not automatically qualify for a refund where the agreed service has already been provided.
